  • healthdirect helpline (1800 022 222, 24-hour, free) – staffed by registered nurses who provide expert health advice
  • Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency – if you wish to raise a concern or make a complaint about the service you have received from a Health Practitioner in Australia, you can contact the complaints management team by email at AHPRAfeedback@ahpra.gov.au or by calling 1300 419 495
  • SANDS (1300 072 63, 24-hour, free) for support after pregnancy and infant loss
