Privacy and confidentiality are very important to us. We aim to only collect anonymous data, and if you do provide any information which enables you to be identified we will store this securely. Your answers will only be used for research and/or development of maternity care services. You can withdraw from the study at any time before you submit the survey on the final page by closing the browser window; none of your answers will be saved if you do this. After this point, you will not be able to withdraw from the study. Anonymous/non-identifying data will be shared in open, online data repositories (UK Data Services and UCLanData repository).

We will post the findings of this survey online and will update them regularly. Please visit our website to see what we have found out (www.babiesbornbetter.org).

If you live in a country which is home to one or more of our research partners, we will share your answers with these partners for their own use. A list of research partners in each country is available on our website (www.babiesbornbetter.org). This includes contact details for each partner organisation.

By completing the survey, you are consenting to participate in this study, and you are consenting for us to share your data with our partners. If you live in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we are required by law to inform you that this may result in your data not being protected to the same standard as it is within the EEA. However, we require all our partners to adhere to a management protocol which ensures your data is protected as much as possible. You can withdraw your consent to share data with our partners at any time, but we will only be able to act on this if we can identify your answers.
